Quail Farm - Sales Shop
AGSU Quail Farm Sales Shop is the place, where you can either buy or taste our fresh quail products, cheaper than markets. Sales shop provides customers with bildircin cevirme (quail roasting on rotating spit) and fresh whole quail meat and packaged quail eggs.
How is Bildircin cevirme prepared for serving?
- Fresh quail meat is firstly put in our special spicy sauce. Then, the sauced meat is put onto a spit and put into the oven. The meat is rotated slowly and roasted in about 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, the roasted quails are served with season salad, pickled quail eggs (our new product), garnitures, roasted spicy bread; with ayran and turnip drinks.
